Position: Janitorial Lawn Care/Crew Supervisor

Classification:  Full-Time

Hours: Varied Shifts: Days/Evenings/Weekends

Wages: $16.95 - $18.95

General Description of Duties: 

The Janitorial Lawn Care/Crew Supervisor has the primary duty of maintaining lawn care at buildings, weeding, pruning of trees and basic outside building maintenance. Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections, plus, completion of contract requirements. This position is also back up for Janitorial Crew Supervisors.

General Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge (or ability to rapidly develop) of janitorial services and equipment procedures and the vocational needs of the developmentally disabled.

Skills:

• Must have skills necessary (or ability to rapidly develop) for operation and usage of janitorial and lawn care equipment (buffers, vacuums, shampooers, floor maintainers, lawn mower, weed eater, etc.).
• Must have good math and paper-work skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of skill areas relative to janitorial services and techniques including but not limited to general and basic janitorial services; and floor care.
• Valid ODL, good driving record.

Education:  Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
