Position: Janitorial Crew Supervisor

Classification:  Full-Time

Hours: Varied Shifts: Evenings/Weekends

Wages: $16.45 - $18.45

General Description of Duties: 

The Janitorial Crew Supervisor shall supervise and provide production support to small crews of disabled workers performing janitorial services at community based janitorial sites. Supervisor also work alongside their crew members.

General Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge (or ability to rapidly develop) of janitorial services and equipment procedures and the vocational needs of the developmentally disabled.

Skills:

• Must have skills necessary (or ability to rapidly develope) for operation and usage of janitorial equipment (buffers, vacuums, shampooers, floor maintainers, lawn mower, weed eater, etc.).
• Must have good math and paper-work skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of skill areas relative to janitorial services and techniques including but not limited to general and basic janitorial services; and floor care.
• Valid ODL, good driving record.

Education:  Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
