General Description of Duties: 

The Employment Coach will support individuals in maintaining their independent jobs by providing job coaching and on-going support in community business sites.

General Qualifications/Requirements:

• Successful applicants will have the ability to work without direct supervision, work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with scheduling, and support individuals to maintain their employment.
• Must have a valid drivers license, current vehicle and insurance and be able to pass a Background Check.
